Welcome to the Tyler’s Reserve website, designed to inform and update our residents on subdivision news, events and other important information. The Tyler’s Reserve Homeowners Association was established in 2000 and there are currently 170 homes in our subdivision, all located in the Lakota School District.
Our Board of Trustees has made a commitment to continually improve communication between the Board, new owners in our community and our current residents. Part of what makes Tyler’s Reserve an enjoyable place to live is the maintenance of structures and landscapes that enhance the aesthetics of our neighborhood. We hope to share information and educate homeowners on the covenants of our HOA so that by working together we can maintain the high quality of our neighborhood and the value of our homes.
Our neighborhood offers a perfect blend of conveniences. We are minutes away from shopping, schools, entertainment and recreational activities. Also available to residents is a beautiful swim club offering both a large pool and a smaller wading pool for children. The pool area is equipped with chairs, tables and a pool house with restrooms.
