TBK Homeowner Solutions was established in March of 2001 by Principals, Theresa and William Klum.  Our company’s foundation was built from our own desire to strengthen community involvement through participation and volunteerism.  Since most professional management companies offer an “All or None” management concept, we felt the need to develop and propose the benefits of our "Cut and Paste” contract. We feel that this will provide you, as homeowners, a comprehensive management program that you can trust, accurately budget for, and depend on.

Our services include the management of newly constructed, developer controlled communities, communities experiencing transition from developer control to homeowner control, recreational facilities (pools, tennis courts, club houses, etc.) and established subdivisions.  The focus of our valued customer is a specialization in serving smaller, single family home communities for their very specific service needs.

The Tyler's Reserve & Estates Board of Directors selected TBK Homeowner Solutions to manage the properties of Tyler's Reserve & Estates beginning September 2007.  As the property management company, TBK Homeowner Solutions performs the following responsibilities:

• Maintenance and operation of the Tyler's Reserve Properties.
• Administration and coordination of the Association's daily activities.
• Enforcement of the covenants, restrictions, and polices contained in the charter documents.
• Proper protection of and accounting for the Association's assets.
• All other activities necessary to manage the Association as a first-class community services association.
